Goals
- Develop and maintain a curated list of resources to serve the
diverse needs of members of our department.
 - Promote inclusive teaching and mentoring practices by sharing
evidence-based strategies that accommodate varied learning styles and
diverse lived experiences, and professional development.
 - Foster a connected and supportive departmental culture by creating
regular opportunities for members to participate in community-building
events and share their experiences.
 - Welcome feedback, concerns, and ideas from department members in order to understand diverse perspectives and collaboratively work towards meaningful change.
