UCSB Current published an article on the accreditation of the UCSB Actuarial Program as a Society of Actuaries Center of Actuarial Excellence.

UCSB has been accredited as a CAE for 5 years. Presently, UC Santa Barbara is one of only 37 universities in the world with CAE status.
