The Department of Statistics and Applied Probability is very pleased to announce that thanks to a generous donation from the Hull Family Foundation, we are starting a new PhD Fellowship. Our inaugural Hull Family Foundation PhD Fellow will be Youhong LEE, who is a 3rd year student in our PhD program, with research interests in mathematical finance and machine learning. As part of his Fellowship, Youhong will be mentoring the upcoming 2nd Equity Risk Premium prediction contest that is sponsored by Hull Tactical and will be running January-May 2020.
