Dr. Larry Stern (Canterbury Consulting)

Larry Stern FSA MAAA, President of Canterbury Consulting is a member of the Center for Financial Mathematics & Actuarial Research and is visiting UCSB to participate in the California Actuarial Student Conference on Saturday April 4th. He recently attended the (invitation-only) Longevity Seminar (“The Role of the Actuarial Profession in Addressing Longevity Risk”) sponsored by the Society of Actuaries in Chicago. He will be giving a talk for faculty and students about the conference and the SOA’s research efforts in this area.
